Ordering information
Orders are agreed individually by email. The cart prepares an enquiry; you receive a complete offer including delivery before buying. Every order comes with an invoice.
Print ordering terms
1. Ordering and seller
These terms take effect on 3 November 2026. Adding a print to the cart or sending an enquiry creates no contract or payment obligation. Orders are agreed individually by email as described below. Artist/contact: Elżbieta Słupianek. Seller: Wzorcownia Elżbieta Słupianek, ul. Kilińskiego 210, 93-106 Łódź, Poland. Polish tax ID (NIP): 728-105-89-91. Correspondence and complaints: ul. Kilińskiego 210, 93-106 Łódź, Poland. Returns: ul. Kieratowa 14, 91-219 Łódź, Poland. Email: slupianekfoto@gmail.com. Phone: +48 534 705 783.
2. Prints and website
Physical, unframed, signed photographic prints include an authenticity certificate and packaging. No limited editions are declared. Buying a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction/commercial-use rights beyond uses permitted by law. The agreed paper, dimensions, orientation and crop will be specified in the offer. Interior previews are illustrative; frames and furnishings are not included. Display/lighting differences do not exclude statutory conformity rights. Use requires an internet-connected device and up-to-date browser with JavaScript. To send an enquiry you need your own email account. Choose Gmail, another email application or copy the prepared text; alternatively email the artist directly. The free cart requires no customer account and can be discontinued by removing selections or closing the page. Unlawful content must not be supplied. Report technical-service complaints by email; replies are provided within 14 days.
3. Prices
PLN and EUR are separate fixed price lists, not live exchange conversions. The offer specifies one settlement currency. Listed print prices are final consumer prices including applicable taxes; the seller is VAT-registered and listed prices include VAT. Every order comes with an invoice. The necessary invoicing details are agreed by email. 230 g/m² semi-matte photographic paper: 40 × 60 cm — PLN 250 / EUR 59; 70 × 100 cm — PLN 390 / EUR 90; 160 × 90 cm — PLN 590. Hahnemühle Photo Rag matte or Baryta glossy: 40 × 60 cm — PLN 390 / EUR 90; 70 × 100 cm — PLN 790 / EUR 185. Signature, certificate and packaging are included; delivery is extra and agreed before contracting. Crop approval is required before printing. Panoramas, triptychs and custom sizes without a listed price are individually quoted. A mixed cart subtotal excludes unpriced custom prints. Print on canvas · unframed: 40 × 60 cm — PLN 350; 70 × 100 cm — PLN 550; 160 × 90 cm — PLN 900. Other panoramic variants, sizes and triptychs are individually quoted. Paper or surface is not substituted without agreement.
4. Contract process
Select a photograph, size and paper, review it and add it to the cart. Selections may be edited or removed. “Send an order enquiry” shows the prepared message and a choice of Gmail, another email app or copying the text; it sends nothing automatically and is not a purchase. The seller emails a complete offer identifying the seller, prints, quantity, paper, dimensions, crop, total price including delivery, currency, payment method/deadline, delivery place/date, offer validity and withdrawal/complaints information. Final terms, withdrawal instructions and form are supplied on a durable medium, e.g. PDF attachments, before acceptance. The contract is formed when the seller receives the customer’s unambiguous email acceptance of that complete offer, acknowledging the stated payment obligation. Approving a crop alone is not offer acceptance. The seller then confirms the contract by email. Production follows the agreed terms after crop approval.
5. Payment and delivery
Payment is by bank transfer or BLIK transfer to a phone number by prior arrangement. The payee, account details, currency, full amount and payment deadline are supplied only in the individual email offer before acceptance. Bank account details are not published on the website. There is no active payment gateway. Every order comes with an invoice. Enquiries from around the world are welcome. International shipping is planned with DHL, subject to confirmation for the destination and print size. International shipping availability and cost, any taxes or customs charges, and who pays them will be confirmed in the individual offer before a contract is made. Delivery is charged separately per order, not per print. The carrier within Poland is DPD. Larger paper prints are shipped in a rigid tube with an additional outer carton where needed. Paper and canvas prints are protected in a rigid shipping tube; packaging is included. Canvas prints do not include mounting or stretcher bars. PVC mounting or stretching is available by individual arrangement and quote. DPD delivery within Poland: PLN 30 including VAT per order of paper prints and canvas prints in 40 × 60 and 70 × 100 cm. Delivery of 160 × 90 cm prints, triptychs and other custom sizes is individually quoted before offer acceptance. The delivery fee is stated in PLN; the email offer confirms the full amount in the agreed settlement currency. Any collection option requires prior agreement. The artist personally collects, checks and packs prints before shipping. Print preparation and dispatch: within 14 calendar days after both payment has cleared and the order details, including the crop, have been approved (counting from the later event). Express preparation and dispatch: within 5 calendar days on the same basis, subject to prior confirmation of availability. Carrier transit time is additional; the delivery deadline is specified in the offer before acceptance. The offer states the full delivered price and delivery deadline. Unless otherwise agreed, statutory delivery timing applies, no later than 30 days after contracting. Photographing transport damage can help, but a courier report, original packaging or receipt is not a condition of making a statutory complaint. Consumer risk passes upon receipt, subject to the statutory exception for a carrier independently chosen outside the seller’s offered options.
6. Conformity and complaints
The seller is liable under statutory consumer conformity rules for non-conformity revealed within two years of delivery. Complain by email, post or another legally permitted means. Contact details, the affected print, a description and requested remedy help; a receipt, order number or photographs are not mandatory conditions. Consumers may request repair or replacement, subject to statutory impossibility/disproportionate-cost rules. Price reduction or termination is available in statutory circumstances, including serious non-conformity or unsuccessful remedy; termination is unavailable for insignificant non-conformity. A reply is provided within 14 days; failure to reply has statutory consequences. Repair/replacement must occur within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience, at the seller’s expense including necessary collection. These rights also cover personalised goods. No separate commercial guarantee is offered.
7. Withdrawal and disputes
Standard prints carry a 14-day consumer withdrawal right as described below. Printing after an order or choosing a catalogue paper/size does not automatically remove it. The exception for genuinely bespoke, non-prefabricated goods made to an individual specification applies only where statutory conditions are met and is clearly disclosed before contracting; not every custom size qualifies. It never excludes conformity rights. Consumer assistance and out-of-court dispute options are available via https://polubowne.uokik.gov.pl/. Following an unresolved complaint the seller supplies the legally required durable-medium statement about participation and the competent ADR body. Polish law applies without removing mandatory protections under applicable law of the consumer’s habitual residence; no exclusive seller-court clause applies. Statutory consumer-type protection also applies to eligible sole traders making non-professional purchases. The version supplied before contracting governs that contract. Terms version: 3 November 2026.
Privacy and browser storage
Controller and data
Information updated on 3 November 2026. Controller: Elżbieta Słupianek, trading as Wzorcownia Elżbieta Słupianek, ul. Kilińskiego 210, 93-106 Łódź, Poland, Polish tax ID (NIP): 728-105-89-91. Data contact: slupianekfoto@gmail.com. The gallery cart stores print identifiers, paper and sizes in your browser. Selecting a print does not request delivery or payment data. Only sending an email yourself passes the message and your email address to the artist. Orders may require name, delivery address, invoicing information and a carrier-required phone number. Do not send card details or sensitive information.
Purposes, grounds and retention
Pre-contract steps requested by you and contract performance: GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Other correspondence, security and legal claims: Article 6(1)(f), legitimate interests in communication, security and protecting rights. Accounting/tax and other legal obligations: Article 6(1)(c). Retention periods: enquiries without purchase up to 12 months after correspondence ends, unless no longer needed earlier or a dispute arises. Tax/accounting records for statutory periods, generally five years from the end of the year when the tax payment deadline expired, subject to legal exceptions; claims records until applicable limitation periods expire, including interruption/suspension. Data is then deleted or anonymised. The gallery code does not use data for newsletters, behavioural advertising, automated decisions or profiling. Supplying data is voluntary, but necessary details are needed to respond or fulfil an order; invoice information may be legally required.
Recipients, suppliers and international transfers
Correspondence uses ordinary Gmail, not Google Workspace. For EEA users the service is generally provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google processes service information under its privacy policy. We do not describe this account as a Workspace service covered by its data processing agreement. Emails and attachments are stored in the controller’s mailbox, with access limited to those authorised to handle the matter. Selecting “Open in Gmail” passes the prepared enquiry to Google; you must send it yourself to deliver it to the artist.
OpenAI Ireland Ltd provides hosting through ChatGPT Sites. The ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum governs data processed on our behalf to host, maintain and support the website. Technical data may include IP address, device/browser information, time and access requests. Logs support website delivery, security and troubleshooting; retention depends on the time needed for those purposes, legal obligations and provider rules. Fonts are hosted with the website rather than downloaded from Google Fonts.
Providers use infrastructure and subprocessors outside the EEA. OpenAI’s agreement provides for standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions for such transfers. Google describes adequacy decisions, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses in its transfer rules. Information and copies of safeguards are available through those documents or by contacting the controller. We do not claim that all data stays exclusively in the EEA.
The printer does not receive customer data. The artist collects, checks, packs and dispatches prints personally. The agreed carrier receives the details needed for delivery: DPD for Polish deliveries or DHL for agreed international shipments. These include name and address and, where required, phone and email. Payment and invoicing data may be received by the bank or transfer provider, accounting support and legally authorised authorities. Only data needed for the relevant purpose is shared. Data is not sold.
Rights and local storage
Subject to GDPR conditions you may access/copy, rectify, erase or restrict data; portability applies to automated processing based on contract or consent. You may object to legitimate-interest processing for reasons relating to your situation. Any future consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. A purchase enquiry does not require marketing consent. Email rights requests to the controller. A reply is normally due within one month; permitted extensions and reasons are notified within that month. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, UODO (uodo.gov.pl), without first exhausting contact with the controller. The “fine-art-cart” localStorage key supports the cart you request. It has no automatic expiry; remove cart items or clear site data in your browser. Gallery code adds no analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. The hosting platform may use technical mechanisms necessary to deliver and secure the website under its provider terms. Browsing the collection does not require a customer account. New analytics, payments or newsletters require an updated notice and appropriate consent controls where needed.
Delivery and payment
The ordering path
Choose a print, size and paper → review → add to cart → choose how to send your email enquiry. The email is not sent automatically. Alternatively email slupianekfoto@gmail.com with the title, size and paper. A complete offer states the delivered total and deadline. Only explicit acceptance of that offer with its payment obligation forms a contract.

Returns and complaints
Consumer withdrawal
A standard-print consumer contract may be withdrawn from without reason within 14 days of receipt, or receipt of the last item where one contract involves separate deliveries. Send a clear statement before the deadline to slupianekfoto@gmail.com or Wzorcownia Elżbieta Słupianek, ul. Kilińskiego 210, 93-106 Łódź, Poland. The sample below is optional. Return goods to Wzorcownia Elżbieta Słupianek, ul. Kieratowa 14, 91-219 Łódź, Poland within 14 days after withdrawal. Customers bear direct return costs if informed before contracting. Where goods cannot normally be returned by post, a return-cost estimate must be supplied before contract acceptance. The seller refunds payments including the least expensive standard offered delivery within 14 days of receiving withdrawal. Refunds may be withheld until goods or evidence of dispatch are received, whichever is earlier, unless collection was offered. The original payment method is used unless the customer expressly agrees to a fee-free alternative. Customers are liable only for diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature and characteristics. Personalisation exceptions require statutory conditions and prior disclosure; catalogue choices alone do not automatically exclude returns or complaints.
